When you choose a package you will be asked to add a payment method, you can choose between iDeal and Credit Card. With the payment of the first month you also agree with the monthly direct debit and you do not have to worry about it anymore. You can stop your subscription at any time which will automatically end at the end of your month period.

When you need to change the number of clients in your plan, you will automatically receive a notification and you can choose to upgrade to a larger package simply by choosing it. Your remaining period is calculated automatically so you never pay too much.

Because LashFile is a WebApplication, you can not download it in the Appstore (yet). But you can get it just like an App between your other Apps on your phone or tablet which is very easy to do. It works like this:

When you are logged in swipe on screen until you see the menubar at the bottom and click on the middle icon.

Next: choose ‘add on homescreen’

Next: give it a name (we suggest LashFile)

And there it is !

Working with your smartphone is very handy and that is why we have optimized our application for use on a smartphone. When you login with your smartphone for the first time, you can simply click ‘remember password’ so you do not have to enter your entire login details  every time. That’s all. 

Besides that, your smartphone will most likely have a feature to save your passwords!

Yes, that’s possible. Most browsers support ‘remember password’. If you check that, you log in automatically. If you feel unsafe because you share your computer with several people, we suggest you to use LastPass. It’s free and the safest way to keep all your passwords !
